FORT WORTH, Texas — The Transportation Security Administration is investigating why a security checkpoint at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport was unattended for about 90 minutes earlier this month.

The agency said in a statement Thursday the checkpoint was found to be “unsecured” as the terminal was closing for the night Dec. 16. TSA spokeswoman Andrea McCauley said surveillance video showed no one went through the checkpoint.
