Am I the only one highly suspicious of an Obama administration official who originally left to work with David Axelrod on the Obama reelection team, now heading over for a high-profile position within a means of communication?
Former White House spokesman Robert Gibbs is reportedly in talks with Facebook to oversee the company’s communications, potentially ending a planned role in President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign and making him the latest senior Democratic operative to leave the White House for a job with the social networking site.
While it’s being spun that Gibbs is only one of many candidates, I predict he’ll get the gig and look for monitoring/action being taken against anyone posting anything negative against The One.
