Kesha Rogers Wins Democratic Primary in Texas 22nd Congressional District

While everyone was talking about the race between Debra Medina, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, and Gov. Rick Perry, virtually no one mentioned Congressional hopeful Kesha Rogers until she won the Democratic primary yesterday. She will be running against Pete Olson.

March 3, 2010, 3:42 AM EST (LPAC)– With 100% of precincts reporting, Kesha Rogers, the LaRouche Democrat for Congress, has won the Democratic primary for House of Representatives in Texas’ 22nd district with 52.3% of the vote! According to the final tally, her opponents, Doug Blatt and John Wieder, have received 27.7% and 20.0% respectively; their vote total, combined, trails Kesha by almost five percent.

Kesha ran an aggressive campaign calling for the impeachment of Obama, and the implementation of the LaRouche Plan for economic recovery. This undeniable landslide victory is a referendum for the immediate ouster of President Obama.
