House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis., went to the House floor to deliver a much-needed smack-down of claims from DNC Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., and Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., about how the GOP’s budget will gut Medicare. This is a lesson that must be repeated daily:
