Ryan’s 2013 budget passes House Budget Committee

Here’s the report from POLITICO:

Rep. Paul Ryan’s budget blueprint has passed the House Budget Committee, 19-18. In a marathon markup Wednesday, Democrats offered amendments that would protect the Affordable Care Act’s help with Medicare prescription drug costs, women’s preventive services, including contraception, and much else, but they were all defeated. The budget blueprint goes to the full House, which is expected to approve it next week.
