‘The best way to honor Baroness Thatcher is to crush liberalism’

Texas Republican Rep. Steve Stockman says the best way to honor the legacy former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher is to “crush liberalism.”

“What are you doing this morning to defeat liberal politicians?” Stockman asked at the end of a statement released Monday morning by his office.

Thatcher, who died of a stroke Monday at age 87, was a conservative stalwart, fervent anti-communist and a close ally of President Ronald Reagan…
