Andy Stern Pressed on Lobbying Investigation by ATR/AWF on CNN

In November 2009, Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) and the Alliance for Worker Freedom (AWF) formally requested an investigation by the acting United States Attorney Channing D. Phillips, Esq., into the potentially illegal lobbying activities of the Service Employee International Union (SEIU) President Andy Stern.
Today, CNN’s American Morning did a piece on SEIU lobbying for the healthcare bill. Carol Costello asked Stern about the ATR/AWF investigation. The White House declined to comment on the story while Stern claims he will send ATR/AWF a letter explaining the issue. To date, no letter has been received.
