The National Association of Manufacturers and the National Federation of Independent Business launched an ad campaign against the cap-and-trade tax, which will double Don Surber’s electric bill.
This evil must be stopped.
“Television, radio and Internet ads will run statewide through Sept. 4 in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia,” Politico reported.
Good. All three West Virginia congressmen voted against it. I don’t see Democratic Sen. Robert C. Byrd supporting this nonsense. That leaves Democratic Sen. Jay Rockefeller.
I’m guessing the ads in West Virginia are meant to bleed over into the surrounding states.
Anyway, I am glad to see someone battle this nonsense.
