Can You Hear Me Now?

No wonder California is bankrupt!  Forty percent of all their state government employees have government provided cell phones.  That’s 96,000 cell phones!

Newly elected California Governor Brown plans on disconnecting 48,000 of them.  Now how will they talk to their girlfriends?  I’d say this ain’t gonna be pretty.
