Lt. Col. Allen B. West, U.S. Army (Retired), speaks on the Second Amendment at the first annual Delray Shootout on June 20, 2009. Lt. Col. West is running for U.S. Congress in Florida’s 22nd Congressional District. This speech is to a group of supporters who came out to the Delray Shooting Center in Delray Beach, Florida. Eight teams competed in three different shooting events. Everyone had a great time after putting some lead down the range.
