Report: Bialek Fired from NRA for False Accusations of Sexual Assault

One might be asking themselves why Ms. Bialek was fired from the National Restaurant Association. After all, being fired, quite unlike simply being laid off, is a serious issue with serious ramifications; since leaving the Restaurant Association, Ms. Bialek has been unable to maintain regular employment. So why was this woman let go? Why has it seemingly affected her ability to remain employed for so long?

Perhaps it might have something to do with the reason she was fired from the National Restaurant Association…

“She was fired from her job, and her boyfriend suggested she contact Cain in hopes he could help her find employment.”.

In this particular incident she was fired for falsely accusing her boss of sexual harassment, a charge denied by co-workers, as well as being pretty much a pain in the ass to work with.

“I remember her as a time-waster, and rabble-rouser. If she didn’t get her way she cried about sexual harassment”. A former co-worker, a female no less, emailed me. “She was trouble with a capital “T”. The fact that she waited 13 years and never said a word not even during Cain’s earlier forays into politics. She only now magically appears because Cain is leading in some polls and proving a threat to Barack Obama?

Contrary to Ms. Bialek’s claims that she informed her then-boyfriend after the incident, an ABC interview with said “boyfriend” reveals that the man only became aware of the story approximately 2 weeks ago…

The article, with video, continues at

Conservative activist Kevin Jackson wrote in his newsletter today:

“…The news is still about Herman Cain. I wrote about Herman and Politico’s treatment of him at I hope you will visit the site and find my article, likely tomorrow.

“Jesse Jackson says that the Occupy movement is like the Civil Rights movement. He should be “Cained” for saying this.  By the way, why isn’t the media discussing Jackson’s EIGHT sexual harassment suits?…

“…The Conservatives could learn a lot from General Patton…”

Update: With Allred’s involvement, conservatives greet new Cain allegations with skepticism

We’d read that one of the accusers worked “in the federal government.” Now we find out: Second Cain accuser is Obama administration communications pro

Anne from BackyardConservative is a Chicago native. She seems to have an idea of the players in this thing:

…But how interesting, now we have a liberal Chicago media icon, an award-winning [added background link] investigative reporter Bill Kurtis, Mr. CBS, casting doubt on Bialek’s story. He didn’t like the flimsy story, the innuendo, but he thought Cain was toast. Then he got in the CBS elevator. Listen. Herman Cain press conference this afternoon. More. Chicago Sun Times, Michael Sneed: Witness says Cain accuser hugged him during Tea Party meeting a month ago

Read the whole thing.

Sharon Bialek is a former CBS employee!?! Listen to the link in Anne’s article [above]. In it Bill Kurtis says:

“A lot of people know her. And she has a ‘history.’ There’s a lot more to this story and it really just developing. You know, I didn’t like this story at the beginning…we just have an accusation out there and Herman Cain has to stand and take it and answer, you know, guilty until proven innocent…I can assure you that there’ll be far more to the story in time…The rolls may even have been reversed, given the track record here…Suddenly, now, everybody believes the first allegation that comes across the wire…Now, the accusation is king…”

CAJ note: We definitely believe it’s crucial to vet our candidates for President, though we won’t bother to rehash  2008 and ask the obvious questions about where the media was then. But how about if the media were to actually report on the rapes and sexual assaults that we know are taking place in many of the #Occupy cities across America...crimes that are not being reported to the police, but being “handled internally.” Doesn’t America deserve to know about these abuses, too? Or doesn’t reporting on those crimes serve the progressive agenda?

Update 2: From today’s newsletter from

Herman Cain accuser bizarrely happy

You’d think someone revealing perhaps one of the worst & most traumatic events in their lifetime would be extremely nervous, emotional, and sad. But that’s not what Herman Cain’s latest accuser is — she’s happier than ever! Laughing, joking – even her attorney Gloria Allred was feeling chipper enough to drop one liners about Cain’s ‘stimulus package’ during the presser. Is this the behavior of someone who is telling the truth? Glenn, Pat and Stu break down the audio on radio today. WATCH

Media chooses agenda over rape victims

The media should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their outlandish hypocrisy when it comes to coverage of sexual scandals. Relentless coverage of Cain’s problems (in one week more coverage of Cain than Wright, Rezko & Ayers during the ENTIRE OBAMA PRESIDENTIAL RUN) and the coverage of the Penn State sex scandal would lead you to believe that the press cares about prominent sexual assault stories. But does the same media attention happen on Occupy Wall Street’s rape problem? WATCH.
