You’re a right-wing monster if you think feminist actress repeatedly molesting her sister was wrong

Liberal actress and self-professed feminist Lena Dunham has blamed the right wing media for attacking her by calling her a child molester.

Dunham commented via her Twitter page that the “right wing news story” about her sexually molesting her younger sister is both “LOL” and “disgusting.” What makes her self-described angry “rage spiral” baffling is that all anyone did was quote her own words for her memoir “Not That Kind of Girl.” The book contains accounts that can certainly be interpreted as sexual molestation of a minor.

In one of the excerpts, Dunham writes of bribing her sister with “three pieces of candy if I could kiss her on the lips for five seconds . . . anything a sexual predator might do to woo a small suburban girl I was trying.” The more damaging passages are too graphic to quote in this space.

It would be tough to interpret her account as anything other than a terrible violation of her little sister, but apparently pointing out the obvious sent Dunham in a meltdown on Twitter.

Perhaps Ms. Dunham is outraged that only the right-wing media will hold her to account for what she admitted…
