Only 31% of likely voters say the United States is heading in the right direction, according to the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.
That’s down two points from last week and is the lowest level measured since mid-July. Still, the latest result is four points higher than the week President Obama took office in January and up 10 points from the week he was elected president in November…
