Krauthammer: Obama’s TARP Shift Shows Dems “Congenitive Inability” to Control Their Spending

The plan by President Obama to shift the extra money from the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) to help fund a second jobs stimulus rather than to help pay down the deficit as the program called for, is further evidence that the Democrats have an “inability” to control their spending, syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer said Tuesday.
“Look, it proves, as if you need any extra evidence, that Democrats have a con-genitive inability to see an unclaimed pot of money and not seize it and then spend it.”
