The U.S. Army honored former President Chief George W. Bush with a Freedom Team Salute Supporter Commendation this past weekend at the 38th Safari Club International Annual Convention in Reno, Nevada. Bush delivered the keynote address on Saturday evening to thousands of convention attendees.
Freedom Team Salute honored Bush for his ongoing support of the Army and the Army’s mission during a commendation ceremony on Saturday afternoon in front of a large crowd in the convention’s exhibit hall. Freedom Team Salute also recognized seven Army Veterans who served post-Vietnam through Desert Shield/Desert Storm with Veterans Commendations and two Army Supporters at the Safari Club’s Veterans Rendezvous Breakfast.
