Isn’t Energy Secretary Steven Chu supposed to be some sort of genius, the very best academia had to offer?
Last year, he laughably admitted he had no idea what the Secretary of Energy does, or that he sets US oil policy.
If the reason this man was made SoE is because “he can do anything and is so respected in academia”, then why isn’t Professor Chu solving the Gulf spill with his Heironymus Fox-level super smarts?
Whatchoo talkin’, ’bout, Steven Chu? And whathavya been doin’ the last month and change?
If we can work a random Gary Coleman reference into just about anything, Professor Chu should be able to use all his Berkeley brain trust resources to get something done.
