A video posted to YouTube Monday shows a New Jersey police officer explaining that because President Obama doesn’t follow the Constitution, the police don’t have to either.
The shocking statement proudly uttered by a Helmetta, NJ cop was captured on smartphone video by Steve Wronko’s 13-year-old son. Wronko was at the police department to air a few complaints about corruption at a local animal shelter at the hands of Helmetta Mayor Nancy Martin, who appointed her own son as head of the shelter as well as several other city positions including meter reader, recycling co-ordinator, and animal cruelty investigator.
As Wronko declared to the officer that his Constitutional rights were violated by the city’s corruption, the officer replied:
Obama has decimated the freakin’ Constitution, so I don’t give a damn. Because if he doesn’t follow the Constitution, we don’t have to…
