Bill O’Reilly led off The Factor tonight with video from Project Veritas showing Obamacare navigators committing fraud. Undercover Veritas operatives captured the video in Texas. Navigators with the National Urban League instruct the applicants in how to commit fraud.

The Obama Administration’s campaign to sign everyone up for government healthcare inspired Project Veritas to go straight to the source and investigate what’s really going on.
What we found is shocking: navigators, in positions of public trust, told our undercover journalists to lie and defraud the government. Over and over again.
Yes, as if the roll-out of Obamacare hasn’t been disastrous enough, Project Veritas has caught Obamacare navigators counseling citizens to lie about their income and deceive the IRS, commit fraud on applications by not reporting full health history, and worse.
Despite reassurances that “fraud could not be committed,” clearly, that is not the case.
Obamacare Navigators counseled applicants by saying:
“You lie because your premiums will be higher.”
“Never report it … I always lie on my applications.”
“It didn’t happen.”

…“Isn’t it true that there is no federal requirement for navigators to undergo a criminal background check, even though they will receive sensitive, personal information from individuals and help they hope to sign up for the Affordable Care price of viagra Act?” Cornyn asked.
“That is true,” Sebelius responded. “States could add an additional background check and other features but it is not part of the federal requirement.”
“So a convicted felon could be a navigator and could acquire sensitive personal information from an individual, unbeknownst to them?” Cornyn pressed…
Lisa Martinson called customer service after she forgot her password. That’s when she was told three different people were given the password to her account, her address and her Social Security number. Then she was told it would take up to five days to get her personal information offline.
O-Care officials say they are investigating the situation.

But, now, congressmen who accused him of fearmongering are holding their tongues, for everything Senator Mike Enzi (R-Wy.) predicted about Obamacare has turned out to be true. Megyn Kelly brought Sen. Enzi on her show Tuesday to list for viewers his completely accurate warnings back in September 2010….
