Greta Destroys Lib Hack Gloria Allred: ‘Gloria, This is Almost Delusional’

CAJ note: a couple of us are on the road this evening and from our hotel room watched Sean Hannity and Greta van Susteren cover the charges against California candidate Meg Whitman of employing an illegal immigrant for nine years. Sean did a fine job of interviewing Whitman and showed a 30 year old photograph of Allred with Whitman’s opponent, Jerry Brown. We’ll try to locate that video, too…but our blogging capability is limited tonight.

What you see below is just a portion of the Allred interview here. We will upload the full discussion the moment we can locate it.

This was beautiful. Greta Van Susteren destroyed far left hack and attorney Gloria Allred on her show tonight. Great blasted Allred for her despicable hit on Meg Whitman and for using an illegal alien to smear the Whitman family.

Gloria Allred did not see this coming– watch Gloria’s smile melt away about 15 seconds into the segment.

[H]ad she gone ahead and fired Nicandra Diaz Santillan based on such a letter, she would have exposed herself to potential anti-discrimination violations, lawyers said.
Liao added that it is “very important that the employer does not take adverse action against the employee” merely based on a letter from Social Security.

“Not only is (accepting the documents) all the law required her to do, but there’s a counterbalancing anti-discrimination law that keeps her from probing further or demanding different documents,” said Crystal Williams, executive director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association in Washington.

Social Security records are riddled with errors, especially on female Hispanic and Asian names that follow a different order from English names, or are changed after a marriage or divorce.

“There are a lot of reasons other than immigration status that a Social Security number could be wrong,” Williams said.

Once Diaz announced that she was in the country illegally, it was Whitman’s legal obligation to fire her, attorneys said.

In other words, Whitman did exactly the right thing…
