The Bureau of Land Management is a Bureaucratic Agency created under the Department of Interior in 1976. It has the power to REGULATE ALL “Permitted Uses” of land in the United States. Including Federal, State and Private Lands. It also has the power to CREATE and DEFINE all of the regulations by which it governs those permitted uses over ANY LAND it decided to exert its authority over.”
